I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, and I've lived here almost all of my life, with the exceptions of 2 years in Nebraska and 6 months in Radlett, just outside of London. The Ozarks are absolutely beautiful, though it does get a bit too hot and humid in late summer, and a bit too cold in mid winter. 

 

Though I was born to a non-denominational, non-practicing, mainstream Protestant family, in 2007, shortly before I married my wonderful husband, I began the RCIA program at St. Agnes Cathedral, and recieved the sacraments of initiation at Easter 2008, so I am Roman Catholic. I am very active at my parish. I am a reader, a PSR instructor, and I participate in both the bell and vocal choirs. 

 

When I'm not writing or working with the Church, I'm busy with my husband, dog, and best friend.
